DESCRIPTION:Come mark Democracy Day by reminding yourself of its achievements and testing your knowledge at our Human Rights Pub Quiz in Berlin. Across seven themed rounds — including global human rights\, democracy\, current affairs\, Berlin history and pop culture — you’ll pick up a few things you didn’t know and get a look at the work of civil society groups from around the world. Alongside the usual trivia there are picture\, music and film questions\, myth-or-fact rounds and a final „Ask the Practitioners“ round where you guess how actual human rights defenders answered. \nBring a team or come on your own and we’ll sort you into one. We have small prizes for the winners\, delicious drinks and a host from the field. Everyone’s welcome — students\, activists\, NGO people and anyone who’s just curious. \nThe quiz is organised by the Civil Society Forum\, a pan-European network of NGOs based in Berlin committed to democracy and human rights. \nBerlin · 16 September 2026 · Registration required
